A computer with a modern web browser, an internet connection and to print labels a DYMO LabelWriter. You can scan codes with any smartphone with a camera and internet access.

What are tokens and how do they work?

For some features, you need to use tokens. For example searching for article images directly from Graystack:One needs one token per search. Or the tracking of a shipment needs one token per tracking number. This is because we have to pay for this functionality and we want to keep the overallprice low for you if you do not need this features a lot. Some tokens are included in most of our plans.
